…hairy one that is.
Matt and I are heading out early in the morning to drive 8 hours and pick up Tippet! I have packed a bag with everything the internet has told me to. We will be stopping along the way to get some other things as we have not had a chance to get them yet.
I’ve got such mixed feelings. I’m so excited because I know how cute she is going to be but I’m scared that she’s going to have separation anxiety! I know all will be fine in time and I’m looking forward to this time with Matt. He has researched and researched all about raising a puppy, training them, etc. It will be fun to work together to make this a happy home for Tippet. Just a little practice before the “real” thing!
Also, over the weekend we let Matt’s aunts, uncles and cousins know about both of our expectant children. They were all over the moon! And then I let my cousin Wendy know today. Just a few family members left to tell and then on to everyone else… I know it seems slow but I am still finding it hard to believe I’m really pregnant.
