…we’re moving to Montana! What will that make us? Montananites? Montanaians? I have no idea.
I’ve yet to be able to utter the words “We’re moving to Montana” except to Matt and I think I literally only said it once. Saying it out loud makes it so real.
All the worries that come with this move is not worth posting about. I’m sure you can think of a lot of them anyway. I’m sure we will get through each obstacle and on to the other with out to many scratches.
My prayer is that the excitement (which is there) begins to overpower the anxiety and fear.
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Phillipians 4:6-7
I truly believe this adventure has been given to us at just the right time and for a purpose that we may not understand for a while…if ever.
We all try to understand God’s plan. And I have my guesses as to what he may be trying to teach us. Or what the purpose for us moving there could be. But trust is not figuring things out. And that’s where I want myself to remember.
I know who goes before me,
I know who stands behind.
The God who of angel armies
Is always by my side.
